In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect on www.quivive.org and for what purpose. We believe it is very important that your data is handled correctly and that your data is secured and processed carefully. If you have any questions or comments, or if you would like to view, modify or delete your personal data that we have collected, you can contact the secretariat via info@quivive.org.

 

Your personal data
When using our services, for example by becoming a donor or Friend, you leave data that makes it possible to perform these services. We will never collect more personal data than necessary for the intended purpose. Before we collect this data, we will always ask for your permission. Depending on the service you use, we can process the following personal data about you: 

  • Name and address details 
  • Company details 
  • Email address 
  • Telephone number 
  • IBAN (when you become a donor or Friend of Qui Vive) 
  • Information that you enter yourself in an open field, such as a message in the contact form.

Purposes
We process the above data for one or more of the following purposes: 

  • Sending the newsletter 
  • When you are a Friend: informing you about upcoming meetings 
  • Sending information by post if necessary 
  • To answer questions or handle your complaints or comments 

We store your data no longer than necessary for the purpose and/or how long we are obliged to do so by laws and regulations.

 

Provision of your data to third parties 

We do not pass on your data to third parties.

This website does not use cookies. 

 

Right of inspection, correction and deletion 

You have the right at any time to request your data from Qui Vive and to request that it be corrected or deleted (in part or in full). You can contact Qui Vive at info@quivive.org.

Do you have a comment or complaint about the processing of your personal data by Qui Vive? We are of course happy to assist you and will always take your complaint seriously. You also always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
